Alpha

 Today I have worked on my game. 

I have decided to not make the doors open and close but to leave them opened to I can manage to finish the game mechanics done. I really struggle to do it all as many tutorials use different versions of Unity.

As my work today I have added particles to the gun as you shoot and for next week I want to add an animation to the gun as it shoots. 

I also added the damage to the shots on the target. As for now, it takes 5 shots to eliminate the target. 

I also changed the target as one piece as I really want to finish this game by the end of the semester. I want to have a playable game by the end of the semester. Making your own game is harder and takes so much more time than I anticipated. So to have a playable game I won't achieve my plan and game idea I had at the beginning.

This image will show the new look of the target. Made from one cylinder. This target is slimmer er to make it harder to shoot at.

Next week I want to finish the animation and sound of the shooting effects done and get the target to spawn randomly on the map as I didn't get to do that this week.

Introduction To Someone

 Welcome back! So today I will introduce myself. Talk about things I like doing and things I don't. Well, I'm 20 years young, my nationality is Irish but I have Romanian parent. Game Vision Statement

  SMtraining SMtraining is a shooting game. In this game you train on different targets. There will be a timer for you to find and shoot those targets. SMtraining stands for "Single Mode Training". The genre of this game is FPS (First Person Shooter)/Action. Layout The game will be provided with a menu to start off with. This menu will contain the following, the game logo or name, a "PLAY", "WEAPON", "QUIT" button. The following are the two menu layout options I have so far: If the player presses the "WEAPON" button will bring you to a different page where you can choose between three different type of guns. The gun option will be an AK-47, Shotgun, Pistol. Reading 09

Hi all. This week we have focused on fixing our papers. This was challenging as I find it hard write academically. I am glad to get the chance to improve my writing. For this week I have rewritten my introduction and conclusion as I believe they weren't good. I also fixed up my paragraphs where I found mistakes.  I am pretty happy with how it is at this moment and I am happy to continue on with my weekly tasks after Easter break.
